Now What?

So you think your place is haunted…..Now what?

There are a couple of options that you can explore. You can attempt to find out who or what may be residing with you on your own or a team of trained investigators can come to you and help you out.

In the event you want to do this on your own, here are a few suggestions you can try:

Put a tape recorder in the area with the most activity. You can either let it run on its own or you can ask some questions and attempt to get a response. Here are a few questions you may want to ask:
-What is your name?
-What year is it?
-Why are you here?
-What happened to you?
-Is there something I can do to help you?
-If so, what?

If you have a video camera or a digital or film camera, you can also try to “catch” activity on film.

Should you decide to call in a team of investigators, here is what you can do to prepare for their arrival:

-Keep a log of activity experienced -- Date, times, weather conditions (temp, humidity, cloudy, rainy, sunny, etc.), who was present at the time, did they have the same experience, what type of activity was witnessed.

Should you chose to have NPS conduct an investigation, we will want to set up a time to interview you and anyone else that has experienced activity. The interview may be done in your home or establishment or over the phone.
