Channel 10/11 News has posted an interview with "Nebraska's Own" ghost hunters, a group known as "Nebraska Paranormal". Folks, this is not us! This group is not even from Nebraska! They are from Topeka, Kansas.

Furthermore, we reached out to this group when they popped up on the internet a couple of months back, and received ZERO response from them.

Edit: I did receive a nice email today (10/20) from Nick. Apparently my message got routed to his bulk mail folder and he just found it. I still have had no response to two emails sent to the Channel 10/11 reporter that contacted me last week.

On August 27th, with the local support of the Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center and the University Program Council, Chad Calek and Ryan Buell (Director and Executive Producer of the A&E hit paranormal investigation series "Paranormal State) will bring AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER: THE TOUR to Lincoln, NE for one night only, where they'll screen Caleks film AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER as the grand finale of a six hour paranormal event unlike anything ever offered to the public. Also, accompanying Calek and Buell will be the full cast of AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER, which consists of renowned paranormal investigators Justin Holstein, Mary Beth Wylie, Joe Ansley and Sergey Poberezhny (who are also all stars of the hit A&E reality series Paranormal State and the A&E special The Ghost Prophecies). 

Packed with footage taken from over 20 years of intense paranormal activity unlike anything ever before documented, AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER chronicles Calek's return to his childhood home in small town Iowa, where Calek and best friend/paranormal investigator Ryan Buell (who's also the film's executive producer) attempt to unravel the mysteries behind the horrific haunting in hopes of making the activity stop, thus bringing an end to over two decade of suffering endured by the Calek family. 

Calek and Buell decided to bypass studio distribution and festivals for the time being, and instead created AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER: THE TOUR, which takes the AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER film on a 41 city national tour, where the filmmakers will first screen the documentary for 100 of their die hard fans per city. In addition, they will make an "event" out of each tour stop that includes a meet and greet, two 45 minute "best of" paranormal evidence presentations, a presentation on the making of AMERICAN GHOST HUNTER, a Q&A to answer all questions about the film, and time at the end of the night to focus on conversing with their fans, which includes free autographs and photos.
